Our machine sales team had a great time attending Compact Equipment Training at Ed Rapp Customer and Training Facility in Clayton, NC! They had the opportunity to learn about product differentiators, new assets, and technology to help them succeed as product professionals.
The Louisiana Cat team placed 1st overall in the operator challenge.
New Orleans Sales Representative, George Coiron, placed 2nd in the 906 operator challenge.
Bossier City Sales Representative, Reed Elmore placed 3rd in the 906 challenge
and Monroe Sales Representative, Justin Mills placed 2nd in the 926 challenge.

The Marketing Team attended the CNADMA conference in Palm Springs, California earlier this month. Louisiana Cat won the "Best Community/ Customer Event" award with the "Cool Down Your Crew" campaign starring Jacob Both, PSSR. 10 crews from around the state were delivered a bundle of cooling supplies to their job site!

magnetic drill training
North Louisiana Training Class
The Safety Group and Mike Mayhall from REE have been holding magdrill training courses throughout the state. There will be another course in the Southeast region within the next two weeks.
The purpose of these courses is to train employees on how to properly inspect, set up, and utilize a magdrill in a safe and efficient manner. The course consists of 45 minutes to an hour of classroom instruction, followed by hands-on training in the shop. The Safety Group will have the initial round of training finished shortly and then offer the class on an annual basis going forward.
