Louisiana Cat held Demo Day at Lamar Dixon. Aubrey, and a couple other of my team
members attended to help set up and pick up equipment to display at the Demo Day.
After the event had finished for the day, Aubrey was one of the team members picking up the equipment and supplies from the demo day. Out of kindness, pans of food and treats were given to my BRR drivers out of gratitude for their help. Aubrey took it upon himself to stop on his way home and bring pans of food to a homeless shelter to help others who may be less fortunate or in need of help. Aubrey has been acknowledged on Daniel Group surveys and by customers who call an OSR saying he always goes above and beyond with a great attitude daily. Having a team member who takes such great pride in his daily duties sincerely means so much to me!

toys for tots
The holiday season is here, and it’s the perfect time to spread some cheer to those in need. This year, we are proud to host a Toys for Tots Toy Drive to help bring smiles to children throughout the state.
Here’s how you can contribute:
- What to Donate: New, unwrapped toys for children of all ages.
- Collection Dates: November 26 – December 18
- Drop-Off Location: Your local branch’s parts counter. All donations will be sent to Reserve on December 18th, unless otherwise discussed with local management.
Every toy donated will go directly to a child who might otherwise go without this holiday season. Let’s come together and make this a season to remember for everyone.

skillup26 graduates
The SkillUp26 program offers entry-level technicians an accelerated opportunity for professional growth and development of technical skills and knowledge through mentorship, instructor-led & computer-based learning, and on-the-job training.
The participants spend 26 weeks learning the fundamentals of being a technician at Louisiana Cat while being mentored and evaluated by their more senior teammates and supervisors. Throughout the program, they also come together at our various locations for Instructor-Led Training Courses where they can learn a new skill, network with their fellow trainees, and visit other shops and divisions.
