 Blake said Jessee does a good job with keeping him updated. He said that he calls him first thing when he gets out there and notifies him about what's going on with the unit. He said Jessee is quick at letting you know what's going on and keeping you updated about the situation. Good job to Jessee!

Mike said that Ralph Sanders is a great asset to the Monroe location. He knows what he is doing and is a top-notch mechanic.

 Bruce recently researched exactly the part Greg needed for his 777. He found the correct part and called Greg back to let him know. Everyone in the parts department treats Greg well. They're always willing to go the extra mile to locate the right part and get it to Greg as quickly as possible.

 Tommy's rental representative, LJ, was excellent. LJ helped Tommy figure out what machine worked best for his situation. LJ made sure the wheel loader was ready and delivered on time. He also kept in contact with Tommy to make sure nothing else was needed.

  Ronald stated that this rating is solely based on Michael, the technician that responded to the call for him and the communication with Vince,  that sent him out to Ronald. He said, "those two were actually separate from the supposedly scheduled pm; they done very well and I would give them both a 10." Ronald stated that the technician's communication was a 10! Michael was very accommodating, professional and worked in a timely manner. Ronald stated he will be continuing with this relationship as long as the individuals that they send out to him perform in the same manner as the technician did during this service.

 Mark stated that he appreciates that the technicians are on top of planning things so they can show up with the proper tools and get right to work. He said that the technicians did a good job and cleaned up after themselves. They provided good communication on what they needed to do and what needs to be done which helps Mark know what to expect. Mark stated they showed up on time at 7am and were ready to roll. They came with everything they needed and there was no standby time. The technicians provided good communication. Mark stated that both technicians did a good job. Mark said they sometimes have to get alignments afterwards and it would be something good they could provide as a package deal is to add alignments after service.

Jacob said from the response time and everything it was is amazing, He said as soon as he calls them they are ready to set up the service. He said when you talk to the mechanic they can be there within 30 minutes and if you explain what the issue is they generally have everything they need on hand. He said that they come and do what they need to do and they do it quick.

Approaching 9 years.

What is your favorite thing about working at Louisiana Cat? 

I love placing people in their dream jobs and seeing them grow with the company.  

What do you like to do in your free time?

 I enjoy spending time with my family and we love to watch the Saints, Astros, and LSU.

 I am nearing my 1,000 hire since joining Louisiana Cat!

 How long have you been with Louisiana Cat? 

  I will make 2 years this coming August! Started as an Intern while going to school for my bachelor’s degree.  

What is your favorite thing about working at Louisiana Cat? 

  My favorite thing about working at Louisiana Cat are my coworkers! It sounds cliché, but they really are like family. They have been there for me during very special moments in my life and I wouldn’t change that for anything. 

What do you like to do in your free time?

 I like to spend my free time playing Nintendo Switch (most recently), listening to murder/ true crime podcasts or reading if possible. 

Fun Fact About You

 I absolutely LOVE to dance! Going with my husband to different nightclubs is favorite, we have a great time and being bilingual is a plus because we get to go to twice as many clubs! 

 How long have you been with Louisiana Cat? 

  Half a year. 

What is your favorite thing about working at Louisiana Cat? 

  My favorite part of working here is  how supportive everyone is, not only with work but with personal life as well!

What do you like to do in your free time?

  I like to race/watch the F4 races at Nola Motorsports

 I will be a father in November of 2023!
