Ben said that he called with a serial number, not a part number, and Damian Norman was really good. He said Damian found the parts for him with no problems. He said it was really easy and efficient, and he is pleased with him. Ben would recommend Louisiana Cat because he needed a blade for his bulldozer that has an after-market bucket and Victor walked him through all of the blades they had in stock to see what could work for him. Ben would recommend Louisiana Cat because they are friendly, they just treat you like a friend.

James went above and beyond last month to get some 3616 turbochargers rebuilt prior to the rig’s first drilling expedition in Suriname. was given a very tight window to rebuild both turbos and beat the deadline by two days. He even came in on his weekend off to expedite the process. Below is what the customer sent, which was preceded by a phone call expressing their gratitude for such a job well done and for exceeding their expectations.
"Thank you very much for the excellent turnaround of these turbos - you have really helped us out "

Aubrey White was 7 years old and born with non-verbal autism. Her parents, Crystal and Robbie, had consulted with many experts who could offer no assurances that they would ever hear her sweet voice.
So imagine their shock when, one day in 2021, Aubrey looked at a player on the TV screen during a Louisiana State baseball broadcast and opened her mouth.
“Dylan Crews!” Aubrey said. “Dylan Crews!”
As LSU alums living in the Baton Rouge, La., area, Robbie, who pitched for LSU Eunice, and Crystal had a vested interest in what looked to be a loaded LSU baseball team. But they had no idea that a highly touted freshman outfielder named Dylan Crews would suddenly unlock something inside their daughter.
Over the last two weeks the Safety Department has been rolling out the new JSA program, ProntoForms. We would like to thank everyone for their patience and participation as we have had some very good suggestions and have already made some revisions to help the system work more efficiently and smoothly. We will have the in person roll-out complete at all locations by Friday, July 28th. Over the next few weeks we will be working with all locations to get everyone up to speed and address any issues or bugs that come up. Our previous program, iAuditor will not be operational as of Saturday, July 29th, so please discontinue using that program and switch to ProntoForms going forward. If anyone has any issues or questions about this new program, please contact your Regional Safety Coordinator and we will assist.
