Devin stated that Toni and Jamie are very helpful. He added that Toni communicates better than the other 300 vendors that he works with for parts. Devin suggested that we hire more employees like her!

  Sammy said that the technician, Willie Woodward, was prompt, and a great guy to have out at the facility. Sammy said that Willy did everything he needed to do. Sammy said that the technician was prompt, completed the work, and was professional.

 Stu said they were very flexible with the timeline that they were working in and were very communicative. Delani did a good job for him and she communicated well. He felt that was the driving factor of things going smoothly.

 Jeremy said he has been using Derrick for quite a while and he always has a good experience.  He feels when LA Cat hires their people, they are trained just the way that Cat wants them too.  They go above and beyond to help him out to find equipment when he needs it.  Not all of the companies he deals with are like that. Derrick gets different people from the office as well, but mostly deals with Derrick and he always has a good experience. He finds them very professional, and they usually have what he needs. Jeremy said that nothing really could have been better on this particular rental. He had a problem with it not starting on Saturday , so he called the guy on call, and he helped him to get it started. He walked him through the process even on a Saturday they helped him out with it. He explained that he uses them exclusively and they are always his first call.

  JD said that the team there at the Lake Charles location are really concerned about their customer's needs. When you call them, they give you a quick, straightforward answer, compared to his local Texas vendor. Their Caterpillar parts availability is about ~93% every time. This reduces downtime on his equipment and that's very important. His go-to guy is Richard and they typically wind up talking with him on the phone. He is one of the best parts people he's dealt with in the ~46 years he's been doing his business.
