    I wanted to take a minute to give some kudos to Sam Reid and Rodney McKee for their performance on our 3616 overhaul. Both guys worked very efficiently, and more importantly, safely. They worked well with our guys; everyone on our team who worked with them said good things. I was out there for a few days myself, and I agree they did a great job and with a good attitude, which makes them enjoyable to be around. Next time we have an overhaul, we will be asking for Sam and Rodney. Please pass on our gratitude!

Dennis Roussel retired after 44 years of service!  Family, coworkers, customers, and retirees gathered to celebrate Dennis's time with Louisiana Cat and reflect on memories throughout the years. Thank you for all of your hard work, Dennis!

  Personnel from Sales, Parts and Service recently gathered for the Building For the Future      Conference held in Baton Rouge. During the 2-day conference, strategies for Taskforce25 and Vision28 were rolled out and focus groups collaborated to form the groundwork for these initiatives. The conference also featured keynote speaker and 3-time Blue Angels Leader, Greg “BOSS” Wooldridge.” Boss delivered an excellent message focused on the importance of teamwork and the Glad To Be Here mindset. Attendees were recognized for their hard work in 2023 during an awards ceremony, and were entertained by magician and mentalist, Lou Serrano! Building For The Future was more than just a conference; it was a catalyst for change, empowering attendees to unlock      their collective potential and shape a future where collaboration drives success.

south america visit to covington rental store

Louisiana Cat hosted 12 Cat rental dealers from South America at our Covington Rental store.  We gave them an overview of the dealership, our rental market, and our strategy to grow our rental business.  We then gave them a tour of the location where they asked questions about our business and interacted with our team members.  During the tour we talked about best practices and how we were leveraging the Covington rental location to offer parts sales and retail machine sales through our on-site ISR (inside sales rep).
