On November 14th, Harbor Docking and Towing christened M/V Capt Robb and M/V Capt Ralph at the HDT Shipyard in Lake Charles. These are the first tugs in the Americas with complete Cat Hybrid Propulsion Packages. The Ralph Tug was available for tours during the International WorkBoat Show and attracted over 1,000 visitors.

louisiana's first weiler forestry machine sold

Tiger Stadium field gets upgrades with cat rental equipment
Athletic Turf Specialties is taking out 12” of the entire field, redoing the irrigation and drainage, then putting back sand, peat, and sod with Louisiana Cat Rental Equipment. This job is projected to last until June. This has been a monumental season for the Fighting Tigers. This is the first season LSU has gone undefeated since 2011. Senior Quarterback Joe Burrow was named the Heisman Winner, bringing back the title to LSU for the first time in almost 60 years. We are proud to be a part of Tiger Stadium's improvements during this exciting time.

Technician Boot camp graduation
Congratulations to our recent Technician Boot Camp Graduates: Paul Crawford, Nick Lestage, and Robert Taylor. This training program lead by Randy Tyrone consisted of 3 sessions designed to give entry level technicians the experience and knowledge to become level 2 technicians.

Rental department sets customer experience record
Our Rental Team scored a 91.15% Customer Experience Rating in November. This is not only a Louisiana Cat Customer Experience record for all departments but also the highest Customer Experience Rating for all Cat Rental Teams EVER. Congratulations to the Rental Team for this outstanding accomplishment and keep up the GREAT+ work!
NLTCC Safety presentation
Thomas Chevallier, Safety Coordinator, gave a safety presentation to the Diesel Technology class at Northwest Louisiana Technical Community College. Thomas presented the basics of behavioral-based safety that the class can apply in the shop once they enter the workforce. Thank you, Thomas, for taking the time to share how important it is to "instill safety in everything we do".
