Roy mentioned Kailey helped him set up the rental and knew what she was talking about and handled everything perfectly. They allowed him to pick it up after hours and use the tow company he uses at the shop, which saved him money. He stated he mentioned that he was renting the equipment for two days, and it might go into three days. She let him know he could have it for a whole week for just about $70 more. He appreciated this. So, he rented it for the week, which was better. He was able to take his time.
-Roy Richards, Lakeway Collision Center
Brett stated that Steven Hollier is a fantastic representative, and their crews are awesome. He explained that Steven and his team are flexible. They have a desire and willingness to get the customer what they want when they need it. They were even able to get the equipment to their site when they wanted it through weather delays. He added the truck drivers are courteous and on time. The equipment was in good shape, clean, and ready to go to work. They also picked up the equipment when they needed it picked up. They hit all their marks.

Precocia Parlow, safety coordinator, will be deploying to Camp Arifjan in Kuwait with the 1083rd Transportation Company out of Minden, La. Here's a little info from Precocia on her upcoming deployment:
"We have two truck platoons, one maintenance platoon, and one headquarters platoon. I am a platoon leader on one of the truck platoons. Our mission will include transporting heavy equipment and materials to and from the port. We're a small part of logistic operations, so we will likely have a variety of missions. I will be in Kuwait for about 9 months, but gone for 11 months including training. I'm excited to do my part in serving my country, leading Soldiers, and being able to meet new people and learn about a new culture!"
Thank you, Precocia, for your service!

On Thursday, April 20th, the Louisiana Cat Electric Power Sales Team hosted a few dozen members of the Entergy Power Through Sales Team and conducted an initial basic generator class to introduce their new sales organization to the natural gas generator market. The ½-day class was a joint effort with Caterpillar, Cat Switch Gear, Tangent Energy Solutions and E. P. Breaux. We provided a market overview and insight to the natural gas power generation business and the fit of our products into the Energy as a Service (EaaS) business. We had over 40 participants and had excellent collaboration to our new partnership with Entergy. Following the training session, we hosted a lunch at 1868, Tabasco’s restaurant on Avery Island. This made for a great statement as we illustrated the coming together of great, well-known brands with Entergy, Louisiana Cat, Caterpillar and Tabasco.

We had almost 70 individuals in attendance for these courses over a 4-day period.
